Tracy served as Operations Manager for Financial Partners Network in Brookfield, Wisconsin, and is now a member of the VantagePointe Financial Group team. She is a welcome resource with over 29 years of service within the John Hancock General Agency system.
At the age of just twenty-two, she was promoted to Office Manager; at that time, one of the youngest to achieve this level in the John Hancock system. Through the years her knowledge of the insurance and securities industries broadened, and her skill in Operations and Management grew to award winning heights. Her accomplishments include receiving the Associate of the Year award for the Financial Partners Network, and in 1999 she received the Vincent C. Bowhers Quality Achievement Award. This award is given to those in the financial industry who provide the highest quality service to clients.
Never one to rest on her laurels, Tracy took on the role to become involved in the management of compliance systems in 2000. She obtained her Series 7 in 2014, and further expanded her role in compliance. She now has a goal to obtain her Series 24.
Tracy loves helping, supporting, and motivating others within the organization to excel and define their unrealized potential. She is very involved in the support of ACE level producers along with being the liaison and daily managing support for the firm.
Tracy was born and still lives in Wisconsin. She's been married for 25 years, and has one son who is currently attending college. Her interests include spending time with family and friends, animals, health & fitness, and classic & sport cars.
